2.Extract .arc file with FreeARC
3.Go to "pc" folder and run Globe Converter.exe (Around 45-70 minutes installation)
4.Play the game "GTAIV.exe" TESTED!
HOW TO GET FULLSCREEN
1.Go to shortcut inside GTAIV folder "LaunchGTAIV - Atalho"
2.Properties and add -fullscreen at target
